All you need is some sticks, styrofoam, piping tips, and Chef Katie’s cupcake recipe to create a fun and creative centerpiece for your mother, grandmother, mother-in-law, or any other mamas in your life!

For the Cupcakes
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
1 large egg, at room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup whole milk or buttermilk
